As for the W&M beakers we cannot offer more help than what I commented before. It might be that a series of beakers was copied by a pewterer around 1900 and engraved or sold to an engraver and then offered on the market. This pewterer could be English or perhaps German (since the type resembles the German Fletschenkruge and we know of mass-imitations in Germany by for instance Weygang.)
