Included here are some 76 pages extracted from it which detail the marks made by pewterers at the hall of the Worshipful Company of Pewterers from 1668, struck there on pewter plates and known as The London Touch Plates. Plates used previously were destroyed in the Great Fire. There are in the region of 1100 such marks and those are also shown in this article. (as are replicas of the touchplates made in 1968).
